- All FACTS SIS schools will be rostered by the CSO tech team - skip steps I - III.
- All non FACTS SIS schools will receive their roster template file in late July. If you do not receive it, contact the CSO ([email protected]).
- Update the file following the detailed guidelines on the Rosters section of the CSO Tech Team website : http://csotechteam.weebly.com/
II. Submit Completed Roster File to CSO
- Email the CSO ([email protected]) with the completed files
III. Roster Uploaded to NWEA MARC Site
- After verifying the file, the CSO will roster the school for the next testing window and update user access.
- School will receive a confirmation email once roster is uploaded and access is updated.
IV. Create Testing Schedule
- Ensure all NWEA assessments can be completed within the designated testing window.
- All testing must be completed within the designated window.
V. Test all Computers
- Review the Lab Readiness checklist and minimum requirements by device (see Appendix A of the CSO NWEA Manual).
- Check all devices to ensure that the school is ready to begin testing.
- If testing on a Mac/PC, update the lockdown browser.
VI. Designate Proctors & Review Training Materials
- Watch Proctor Quick Start Video
- Download the detailed Proctor Guide
- Print the Proctor Tips & Trouble Shooting Guide to help with day-to-day administration and typical testing challenges (see Appendix C of the CSO NWEA Manual).
VII. Schedule Testing Sessions
- Proctors schedule all testing sessions in advance to ensure a smooth administration on designated days (e.g., identify missing students).
- Proctors add new students to the NWEA MARC site.
VIII. Prepare Testing Materials
- Ensure that labs/classrooms are equipped with pencils and scratch paper.
